Borouge | Polypropylene Random Ethylene Copolymer | Clarified and Antistatic Grade | MFR = 30 g/10 min | Manufactured in the UAE
Description
RG568MO is a transparent polypropylene random ethylene copolymer developed using proprietary Borstar Nucleation Technology. This clarified, high-flow grade is designed for high-speed injection molding at relatively low processing temperatures.
The grade contains antistatic and clarifying additives. Molded articles provide excellent transparency, attractive colour, good gloss, and good impact strength at ambient temperatures. RG568MO also provides good sensory properties and efficient demolding without plate-out or blooming.
Its combination of clarity, high flow, fast processing, stiffness, and impact performance makes it suitable for transparent rigid packaging, household products, food-storage containers, closures, and related injection-molded products.
Applications
Key Features
Recommended Processing Conditions
RG568MO can be processed using standard injection-molding machines. The following conditions are general processing guidelines and may require adjustment according to the mold, part geometry, wall thickness, and production equipment.
Packaging
RG568MO is commonly offered in commercial resin bags. Available packing formats and container-loading quantities may vary according to the supplier, shipment route, and current stock position.
Final packing, palletization, container loading, and shipment port should be confirmed before placing an order.
Storage
RG568MO should be stored in dry conditions at temperatures below 50°C and protected from ultraviolet light. Improper storage may initiate degradation, resulting in odour generation, colour changes, and reduced physical performance.
