Description

Bottle-grade PET resin is widely used in beverage and packaging applications because it combines excellent clarity, mechanical strength, barrier performance, and reliable processability. These properties make it well suited to the production of lightweight, transparent bottles and containers.

JADE CZ-302 is developed for producing bottles for purified water, natural mineral water, distilled water, and drinking water. It is also suitable for flavoring and candy containers and PET sheet applications.

The grade is designed to provide stable intrinsic viscosity, good color performance, low acetaldehyde content, high transparency, and consistent processing behavior. Its broad processing window supports efficient production and a high finished-product yield.

When processed under appropriate conditions, CZ-302 helps minimize polymer degradation and unwanted acetaldehyde formation. This supports hygienic packaging while helping preserve the intended taste and quality of the packaged product.

Applications
