Film properties were measured using 30 µm film produced with a blow-up ratio of 2.5:1 using 100% SABIC® LLDPE 920NT.
Technical values are based on the supplied grade data. Final product specifications should be confirmed through the latest SABIC TDS and batch COA before purchase.
Processing Conditions
A barrel-temperature range of approximately 190–220°C and a blow-up ratio between 2.0:1 and 3.0:1 are recommended for blown-film processing.
Processing conditions should be adjusted according to extruder design, die configuration, film thickness, output rate, and finished-film requirements.
Storage and Handling
Store the resin in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight, moisture, contamination, and excessive heat.
Keep the product in its original sealed packaging until use and follow the latest SABIC storage and handling instructions for the supplied batch.
