Description

Bottle-grade PET resin is widely used in beverage and packaging applications because it offers excellent clarity, good mechanical strength, suitable barrier performance, and reliable processability. These properties make it well suited to the production of lightweight, transparent bottles and containers.

JADE CZ-302L is developed for producing bottles for purified water, natural mineral water, distilled water, and other selected non-carbonated beverages. It may also be used in suitable PET sheet, beverage-container, food-packaging, and confectionery- packaging applications.

The grade is designed to provide stable intrinsic viscosity, good color performance, low acetaldehyde content, high transparency, and consistent processing behavior. Its processing characteristics support efficient production and consistent finished-product quality.

When processed under appropriate conditions, CZ-302L helps minimize polymer degradation and unwanted acetaldehyde formation. This supports the production of hygienic packaging while helping to preserve the intended taste and quality of the packaged beverage.

Applications

Typical applications include bottles for purified water, natural mineral water, distilled water, and other non-carbonated beverages. The grade may also be considered for selected PET sheet, beverage-container, food-packaging, confectionery-packaging, and related transparent-packaging applications.
