Description
PPB-4228 is a polypropylene impact copolymer produced using Spheripol II process technology. It combines good heat resistance, reliable processing performance, and excellent impact toughness.
The grade has a typical melt mass-flow rate of 0.31 g/10 min at 230°C under a 2.16 kg load. Its low flow and suitable melt strength make it well suited to pipe extrusion, extrusion blow molding, large hollow components, sheet extrusion, and other applications requiring good impact performance.
Its combination of stiffness, tensile strength, and low-temperature impact resistance supports the production of durable pipes, industrial and automotive components, large hollow products, and high-impact extruded sheet.
