Film properties are based on approximately 25.4 µm blown film produced on a 63.5 mm film line using a 2.5:1 blow-up ratio, a melt temperature of 206°C, and a die gap of approximately 1.52 mm.
Technical values are typical and may vary according to the selected additive variant, production batch, and processing conditions. Final product specifications should be confirmed through the latest applicable TDS and COA before purchase.
Film Processing
Exceed™ m 1018 Series is intended primarily for blown-film processing. Extrusion temperature, blow-up ratio, cooling conditions, film thickness, and output rate should be adjusted according to equipment design and finished-film requirements.
The resin may be used as a principal film component or as part of a multilayer film structure where improved tensile, puncture, impact, and drawdown performance is required.
