PP Injection M09
PP Injection M09 is a medium-flow polypropylene impact copolymer grade intended for injection molding. With a nominal melt mass-flow rate of 8.5 g/10 min, it provides a practical balance of impact strength, stiffness, heat resistance, and processing consistency for appliance, automotive, and general molded components.

Description
M09 is a polypropylene impact copolymer grade developed for injection-molding applications. Its nominal melt mass-flow rate of 8.5 g/10 min provides dependable mold filling while retaining good impact strength and stiffness.
Based on the supplied technical information, the grade has a tensile stress at yield of at least 22 MPa, a flexural modulus of at least 1000 MPa, and Charpy notched impact strength of at least 40 kJ/m² at 23°C.
This balance of properties makes M09 suitable for household appliances, washing-machine components, automotive interior parts, modified polypropylene compounds, and other durable injection-molded products.

Packaging
M09 is generally offered in 25 kg bags. Depending on the packing arrangement, a 20-foot container may carry approximately 16 MT without pallets, while a 40-foot high-cube container may carry approximately 26–28 MT without pallets.
A 700 kg jumbo-bag option may also be available. Final packing format, palletization, and container-loading quantity should be confirmed at the time of order.
