Description
S2040 is manufactured by Oriental Energy using INEOS Innovene™ process technology. It is a controlled-rheology polypropylene homopolymer grade developed to provide stable performance, consistent quality, and reliable processing.
The grade has a nominal melt mass-flow rate of 40 g/10 min and is primarily designed for spunbond nonwoven products and fiber applications. Its controlled flow supports efficient spinning and consistent production performance.
Applications
Typical applications include spunbond nonwoven fabrics, high-speed spinning, fine-denier staple fibers, and other fiber products requiring consistent flow and reliable processing performance.
Packaging
PP S2040 is typically supplied in polypropylene woven bags lined with polyethylene film. The standard net weight is 25 kg per bag, while other packaging formats may be available subject to confirmation.
