PP Injection M30

Description
M30 is a high-flow polypropylene impact copolymer grade intended for injection molding. Its nominal melt mass-flow rate of 30 g/10 min supports efficient mold filling and the processing of relatively complex or thin-wall components.
The grade provides a practical balance of stiffness, tensile performance, impact resistance, and heat resistance. Its listed flexural modulus is at least 1100 MPa, while its Charpy notched impact strength at 23°C is at least 6.5 kJ/m².
M30 is suitable for appliance components, automotive interior parts, modified polypropylene compounds, and other injection-molded products requiring high flow and consistent processing.

Packaging
M30 is generally offered in 25 kg bags. Depending on the available packing arrangement, a 20-foot container may carry approximately 16 MT without pallets, while a 40-foot high-cube container may carry approximately 26–28 MT without pallets.
Jumbo-bag packaging may also be available. Final packing, palletization, and container-loading quantities should be confirmed at the time of order.
Storage and Handling
Store the resin in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse with suitable fire-protection facilities. Keep the material away from heat sources, direct sunlight, rain, moisture, and contamination.
Do not store the product outdoors. During transportation and handling, protect the bags from damage and avoid contact with sharp tools, dirt, metal fragments, chemicals, or other contaminants.
