Description
Z30S is a polypropylene homopolymer fiber grade produced using UNIPOL® gas-phase polypropylene process technology. The grade is manufactured from polymerization-grade propylene using controlled polymerization, degassing, pelletizing, and finishing processes.
Its nominal melt mass-flow rate of 25 g/10 min provides the flow required for efficient fiber formation and nonwoven processing. The material also offers stable thermal processing and good tensile performance.
Z30S is suitable for spunbond nonwoven fabrics, hygiene products, protective apparel materials, carpet products, and other polypropylene fiber applications.
