Description

PVC S-1000 is a general-purpose suspension PVC homopolymer supplied as a free-flowing white powder. Its average degree of polymerization is 970–1070, corresponding to a K-value of approximately 65–67.

The grade provides controlled particle size, good plasticizer absorption, consistent apparent density, and reliable thermal and processing performance. It can be used in both rigid and flexible PVC formulations, depending on the selected plasticizers, stabilizers, processing aids, fillers, and other additives.

Applications

Typical applications include PVC pipes, profiles, corrugated pipes, sheets, flexible films, packaging films, artificial leather, cable-protection pipes, shoe soles, and other general-purpose rigid or flexible PVC products.

Packaging

PVC S-1000 is typically supplied in 25 kg kraft-paper or polypropylene bags with an inner moisture-resistant liner. Alternative packing formats may be available depending on the current manufacturer and supply arrangement.

Storage and Handling

Store the resin in a clean, dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep the bags protected from moisture, rain, direct sunlight, contamination, and excessive heat.
