Product Parameters
Description
PB1302 is a fine, white PVC paste-resin powder designed for plastisol-processing applications. When dispersed in suitable plasticizers and additives, it forms a stable PVC paste that can be processed through coating, dipping, slush molding, spraying, foaming, and related techniques.
The grade has a K-value of approximately 70, a viscosity number of 115–135 mL/g, and a controlled standard-paste viscosity. These characteristics support good dispersion, consistent paste preparation, and reliable downstream processing.
Processing
PB1302 is processed by dispersing the resin in suitable plasticizers to prepare a plastisol. Fillers, stabilizers, pigments, foaming agents, viscosity modifiers, and other additives may be incorporated according to the required finished-product properties.
Processing temperature, fusion conditions, formulation, and additive selection should be adjusted according to the application and production equipment.
Applications
Typical applications include artificial leather, vinyl toys, conveyor belts, coated fabrics, rotationally molded products, dipped products, sprayed coatings, foamed products, and other flexible PVC plastisol applications.
Key Characteristics
Packaging
PB1302 is typically supplied in 20 kg paper bags with an inner moisture-resistant liner. Alternative packaging may be available depending on the current supply arrangement.
Final packing format, palletization, and container-loading quantity should be confirmed when placing an order.
Storage and Handling
Store the product in a clean, dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep the bags protected from moisture, rain, direct sunlight, contamination, and excessive heat.
Keep different production batches separated and use clean, dry transportation equipment. Packaging should remain closed until the material is required for processing.
