Description

S-1300 is a high-polymerization suspension polyvinyl chloride homopolymer supplied as a white, free-flowing powder. The grade has a K-value of 71–72 and a listed viscosity range of 127–135 mL/g.

Its relatively high molecular weight and porous particle structure provide high plasticizer absorption and support the production of flexible PVC products requiring good mechanical strength, durability, and stable processing.

Final formulation performance depends on the plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricant, filler, processing aid, and other additives selected for the intended application.

Applications

Typical applications include flexible PVC films and sheets, wire and cable compounds, flexible hoses, artificial leather, flooring materials, coated fabrics, footwear compounds, sealing products, and other flexible PVC products requiring high strength and plasticizer absorption.

Final grade suitability should be confirmed according to the processing method, formulation, applicable standards, and required finished-product performance.

Key Characteristics

Packaging

S-1300 is generally supplied in 25 kg kraft-paper or woven polypropylene bags. Large-bag packaging, including approximately 1,100 kg jumbo bags, may also be available depending on the current manufacturer and supply arrangement.

Final packing format, palletization, and container-loading quantity should be confirmed when placing an order.

Storage

Store the resin in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect the packaging from moisture, rain, direct sunlight, contamination, and excessive heat.

Keep bags closed and undamaged until the material is required for processing. Outdoor storage is not recommended.
