Product Parameters
Description
JH-1000 is a suspension-process polyvinyl chloride homopolymer supplied as a white, free-flowing powder. It has a K-value of 66–68 and a nominal degree of polymerization of 1030 ± 30.
The resin has a porous particle structure and provides good plasticizer absorption, suitable compatibility with liquid stabilizers, and consistent processing performance.
JH-1000 can be used in rigid or flexible PVC formulations, depending on the additives, processing method, product design, and required end-use performance.
Applications
Typical applications include PVC pipes, extrusion profiles, flexible calendered films, flexible hoses, wire and cable compounds, artificial leather, injection-molded shoe soles, shrink films, sheets, and related PVC products.
Final grade suitability and formulation requirements should be confirmed according to the intended application, processing equipment, applicable standards, and required finished-product performance.
Packaging
JH-1000 is generally supplied in 25 kg kraft-paper or woven polypropylene bags. Approximately 1,000 kg jumbo bags may also be available depending on the current supply arrangement.
Final packaging format, palletization, and container-loading quantity should be confirmed when placing an order.
