Product Parameters
Description
HS-1300 is a general-purpose suspension polyvinyl chloride resin corresponding to SG-3. It is supplied as a white powder and has an average degree of polymerization of 1250–1350, a K-value of 71–72, and a viscosity number of 127–135 mL/g.
The resin is thermoplastic and provides good chemical and corrosion resistance, together with good electrical-insulation properties. Its relatively high molecular weight supports the production of flexible and high-strength PVC products.
HS-1300 can be processed through suitable extrusion, calendering, coating, and other flexible-PVC manufacturing methods. Processing conditions and formulation requirements should be selected according to the intended application and production equipment.
Applications
Typical applications include calendered films, matt-finish products, artificial leather, soft profiles, hoses, electrical wires, cable insulation, high-strength tubes, sandals, and other flexible PVC products.
The grade may also be considered for selected medical and food-packaging films. Suitability for regulated applications must be confirmed through the latest manufacturer documentation and the applicable requirements for the intended market and end use.
Packaging
HS-1300 is supplied in composite kraft-paper and woven polypropylene bags with a net weight of approximately 25 kg per bag. Alternative large-bag packaging may include 500 kg, 600 kg, or 1,000 kg bags.
Final packaging format, palletization, and container-loading quantity should be confirmed when placing an order.
Storage
Store the product in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect the packaging from moisture, rain, direct sunlight, contamination, and excessive heat.
Outdoor storage is not recommended. Keep the packaging closed and undamaged until the material is required for processing.
