Description
HS-1000R is a general-purpose suspension polyvinyl chloride resin corresponding to SG-5. It is supplied as a white powder and has an average degree of polymerization of 980–1100, a K-value of 66–68, and a viscosity number of 107–118 mL/g.
The resin is thermoplastic and insoluble in water, gasoline, and alcohol. It offers good resistance to many chemicals and corrosive environments, together with good electrical insulation properties.
HS-1000R provides consistent processing performance for rigid and semi-rigid PVC products manufactured through extrusion, calendering, and other suitable processing methods.
Applications
Typical applications include PVC tubes, profiles, sheets, transparent products, monofilaments, rigid boards, discs, clear films, fibers, and related rigid or semi-rigid PVC products.
Final suitability should be evaluated according to the required formulation, processing equipment, product design, and applicable end-use standards.

Packaging
HS-1000R is supplied in composite kraft-paper and woven polypropylene bags with a net weight of approximately 25 kg per bag. Alternative large-bag options may include 500 kg, 600 kg, or 1,000 kg packaging.
Final packaging format, palletization, and container-loading quantity should be confirmed when placing an order.
Storage
Store the product in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect the packaging from moisture, rain, direct sunlight, contamination, and excessive heat.
Outdoor storage is not recommended. Keep the packaging closed and undamaged until the material is required for processing.
