Description

HS-700 is a general-purpose suspension polyvinyl chloride resin corresponding to SG-8. It is supplied as a white powder and has an average degree of polymerization of 650–740 and a K-value of 55–59.

The resin is thermoplastic and provides good resistance to many chemicals and corrosive environments. It also offers good electrical-insulation properties and consistent processing performance.

HS-700 is suitable for selected rigid and semi-rigid PVC products. Final processing conditions and formulation requirements should be determined according to the intended application and production equipment.

Applications

Typical applications include pipe fittings, rigid foam-core products, discs, injection-molded components, blow-molded products, medical sheets, and selected packaging materials.

Suitability for medical or food-contact applications should be confirmed through current manufacturer documentation and the applicable regulatory requirements for the intended market and end use.

Key Characteristics

SG-8 suspension PVC resin
K-value of 55–59
Consistent processing performance
Good chemical resistance
Good electrical-insulation properties
Suitable for selected molded and extruded products

Packaging

HS-700 is supplied in composite kraft-paper and woven polypropylene bags with a standard net weight of approximately 25 kg per bag. Alternative large-bag options may include 500 kg, 600 kg, or 1,000 kg packaging.

Final packaging format, palletization, and container-loading quantity should be confirmed when placing an order.

Storage

Store the product in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect the bags from moisture, rain, direct sunlight, contamination, and excessive heat.

Outdoor storage is not recommended. Keep the packaging closed and undamaged until the material is required for processing.
